PARIS SEPT RACE ( please read)

The next meeting of the council is next Tues, this will not give us enough time to get ready for the race, I am thinking of postponing it till Oct 3rd 4th, how does this fit everyone ???
I don't want to go and plan for nextweek and if we don't get it signed then have to cancel at last minute
I NEED EVERYONES INPUT HERE PLEASE

The meeting is this tues, I hope they sign then, I have had some people ask about maybe not running it back to back with Brockville, what do we think, I can see what other weekends are open.

Paris will not run the sept weekend of the 19th 20th
